SPACE
Space planning is a fundamental element and most important groundwork of the interior design process. It starts with understanding the goals, values and needs of the Client as well as how the space will be used. Thus at this stage, we aim to dictate spacial zones and how these zones will flow and interact. Once these are established, then can the next phase progress.
CONCEPT
The concept stage is where we work on communicating the vision of the project to the Client. We develop visuals, mood boards and propose materials and finishes that stretch the Client's imagination - akin to telling a story of how the different elements and spaces will come together in one bigger picture.
DETAIL
This is the stage where the visuals in the concept stage are being translated into computer-aided design (CAD) which creates accurate documentation for measurements and specifications. It is also developing the design so that it is dimensionally correct and co-ordinated, describing all the main components of the space and how they fit together.
DESIGN
Visualisation becomes Reality. The final stage where the physical design emerges from a blank canvas. This gives all stakeholders involved the sense of completion and pride in the final delivery of the project.
